創建於昭和10年西元1935年，是日治時期鹿港最高行政首長街長的公家宿舍，本棟建築由第二任街長吉田秀次郎負責督導興建，先後經歷了6位日籍街長在此泊宿，地址為鹿港鎮民權路160巷2號，位於鹿港鎮公所之右側，歡迎民眾于假日時來鹿港參觀！
