結果： 24例中脾切除術病人中強行分離脾周圍粘連造成出血不止者10例，佔41 . 7 % （ 10 / 24 ） 、盲目用手鈍分離脾腎韌帶造成大出血8例，佔33 . 3 % （ 8 / 24 ） 、胃短血管撕裂3例，脾蒂過短，強行向外托出脾臟時用力過大撕裂脾蒂2例，脾蒂鉗滑脫1例。
