In the research course of this paper, the author first introduces and analyzes the domestic and external situation of enterprise cultural theoretical research, and points out the background and purpose of cultural construction in china textile machinery industry ; secondly, the author has elaborated the basic theory of enterprise culture including its meaning, its role, its structure, its structure and its developing tendency ; thirdly, the author has introduced the enterprise cultural construction situation of our country including major mistake district and the successful experience of the enterprise cultural construction of our country ; and pointed out the orientation of enterprise cultural construction to be suitable for our national condition ; fourthly, this paper has studied the development of the textile machinery industry, and analyzed the influence on our textile machinery industry after joining wto, meanwhile, it has also put forward some measures and countermeasures of developing our textile machiner y industry ; finally, it has emphatically studied enterprise culture construction on huangshi textile machinery factory, on the basis of analysing its successful experience and insufficiency, and pointed out some proposals and schemes to reconstruct enterprise culture on huangshi textile machinery factory
在本課題的研究過程中，首先介紹和分析了國內外企業文化理論研究的狀況，指出了研究我國紡織機械企業文化建設的背景和目的；其次，闡述了企業文化的基本理論，包括企業文化的含義、企業文化的作用、企業文化的結構、企業文化的建設和企業文化的發展趨勢；其三，介紹了我國的企業文化建設狀況，包括我國企業文化建設的成功經驗和主要誤區，並提出了建設適合國情的企業文化的方向；其四，研究了我國紡織機械企業發展問題：介紹了我國紡織機械企業現狀，分析了加入wto對我國紡織機械企業的影響，提出了發展我國紡織機械業的對策與措施；其五，重點實證研究了黃石紡織機械廠企業文化建設，在分析黃石紡織機械廠企業文化建設的成功經驗和不足的基礎上，提出了黃石紡織機械廠企業文化再建設的建議和方向。With the developing of computer technology and science of management, erp has put into use in many enterprises. in a long time, most erp systems adopt static solutions based on two - tirer c / s architecture, which hardly keep up with enterprise ' s reengineering and evolution, are showing such disadvantages as high cost of development and implementation, difficult to maintain, etc. in this dissertation, combined with current conditions of erp software system, latest advancement in modern software technique and characteristics of erp software application field, the author build a three - tier erp sytem based on mts that meet current application need, at the same time, the author probes into application of the relatively mature component techniques and distributed computing techniques in erp software currently. this erp system has been put into use in the management of heifei yichen drygoods ltd. co successfully, compared with traditional erp system, this is a open, better integrated system, can adapt to different application environment such as difference among various enterprise application, different system platform, etc
長期以來， erp系統大都是基於c s兩層靜態解決方案，它在目前的應用環境下，難以滿足企業重組、動態變化的需要，暴露出開發、實施成本高、維護、升級困難等等缺點。本文結合erp軟體系統的現狀及現代軟體開發技術的最新進展，設計並實現了一個基於mts的三層erp系統，探討了組件化軟體開發技術、分散式計算技術在erp中的應用。該erp系統已被成功地運用於合肥益成紡織品有限公司的管理，與傳統erp系統相比，此系統具有更好的開放性、集成性和環境適應性。The second part is the core of this paper. firstly, the author analyzed and appraised the international competitive power of china ' s textile industry from four aspects of competitive ability, competitive potential, competitive strength, competitive circumstances, concluded four conclusion : the international competitive power of china ' s textile industry still had some advantages, the advantages inclined to weaken, the international competitive power of branch industries was in equable, the advantages was gained by the increasing quantity of production and export ; secondly, on the basis of the above analysis, the author analyzed the factors affecting the international competitive power of china ' s textile industry ; at last, the author analyzed the impact of china ' s joining wto on the international competitive power of china ' s textile industry. in the last part, on the basis of the above analysis and research, the author gave some advice on maintaining and improving the international competitive power of china ' s textile industry
