本文根據熱電製冷系統動態運行的特點，分析了電冰箱製冷系統及各個部件的熱物理過程，運用參數耦合的方法把製冷系統、負載、箱體及箱內空氣模型有機地結合在一起，建立了完整的製冷系統工作過程模型，用小階躍信號線性化法分析了電流、負載功率和環境溫度波動共同作用下的熱電製冷器工作特性。
