    摘要在深入分析本區自然社會經濟條件和風沙源分佈特徵基礎上,提出把拉薩河下遊河道疏浚與風沙源理相結,以河道疏浚、農田護林、喬灌草風護沙林和流沙固定等物理工程、生物和機械措施為主體,進行風沙源,一方面可有效控制風沙的威脅,改善河谷區生態環境,同時為拉薩市城市空間發展和當地資源的有效利用奠定了基礎,體現了在高寒河谷區進行風沙源的可持續性思路。
