    本文針對k190jik鋼軌焊機控制系統存在參數修改困難、焊接過程不夠穩定、無焊接質量在線診斷功能等問題,採用日本三菱公司fx2n - 64mr可編程序控制器、研華工控pcl ? 1800數據採集卡等為核心控制部件,對焊機的整機控制系統進行了全面升級。運用軟體labview和vb開發了數據採集系統,完善了焊接穩壓、調壓、電流恆值控制與智能調節功能,利用vb建立了焊接質量在線診斷系統,並完成了系統組裝調試與工藝試驗研究工作。
