    第一章首先對我國報紙版面的演化軌跡進行了概述，對我國新時期以來形成的有代表性的幾種報紙版面風格進行了介紹，然後從信息傳播環境的變動、愈來愈激烈的報業競爭、西方報紙的影響、科學技術的廣泛運用等方面對新時期報紙版面創新的原因進行了分析。第二章從編輯思想的轉變、編排方式的轉變、視覺效果的轉變三個角度對我國新時期報紙版面創新的特徵進行了分析。
