本文的研究方法是通過建立扭力桿與獨立懸架的數學模型，以理論分析為基礎，結合具體的懸架結構，運用adams和matlab軟體，對研究的對象進行模擬分析，使設計人員在近似真實的模擬條件下能夠更好的對目標進行研究；同時，還引入了參數化的設計方法，通過編程，增加了人機互動式界面，可靈活的對懸架導向機構主要構件的空間幾何尺寸進行動態調整；在優化設計過程中，針對汽車懸架運動學、動力學的特定要求，對具體的目標進行優化設計，從而獲得良好的行駛平順性和操縱穩定性。
