本實驗從絨山羊出生后每隔三個月采一次皮樣，共分為4個月齡（ 3 、 6 、 9 、 10或12 ）段，通過製作石蠟切片，原位雜交、染色，並提取皮樣蛋白做westernblotting等實驗研究方法，研究了催乳素受體mrna催乳素受體在不同生長季節的內蒙古阿爾巴斯白絨山羊皮膚毛囊中的定位與表達，染色結果發現阿爾巴斯白絨山羊初級毛囊全年持續生長，次級毛囊的生長情況隨季節而變化，秋冬季生長旺盛，夏季生長緩慢與絨毛生成規律呈正相關。This grade of wool can be sold at a low price
