文摘:不均勻的熱殘余應力及其變形是注塑成型加工中常見的工程問題之一.應用熱流變簡單材料的二維熱粘彈本構方程得到的遞推公式,數值模擬了成型中的熱殘余應力及其翹曲變形,並用數值實驗討論了溫度、壓力對注塑件殘余應力及變形的影響,發現溫度變化不均勻是注塑件翹曲變形的最主要原因,其影響遠大於壓力的作用,與工程實驗的結論一致The warp problem of sls is also stressed and the fundamental cause, developing trend and settlement of this problem is advanced. the influence of the primary process parameters on the warp distortion is reviewed through the orthogonal experiments. the result and solution of this experiment have great guidance to minish the warp distortion of material sls systems
論文還重點研究了sls中的翹曲變形問題,提出了翹曲變形的根本成因、發展趨勢及解決方法,並通過正交實驗考察了主要加工參數的選取對翹曲變形的影響,實驗結果和方法對于具體sls系統減小翹曲變形有很大指導意義。
