文摘:研究20鋼、 45鋼經奧氏體離子氮碳共滲后的耐磨性和抗咬合性,並與普通離子氮碳共滲后的作了比較,試驗表明:在570 700范圍內進行離子氮碳共滲后,其耐磨性和抗咬合性以630處理時為最佳, 660處理時最差,而570 600處理時則介於兩者之間,通過適當提高共滲溫度,再提高滲速,從而縮短共滲時間的同時,可以提高耐磨損性能。
