操作：施術者用拇指指側用力作用在膀胱經肌腱處，由上至下，來回撥動，以復數次，再以拇指端置於肩胛內上緣肩中俞處，沿內緣逐步下移，經魄戶膏肓穴，按揉至肩胛下角，反復數次。
