摘要通過觀察酸度對模擬轉鐵蛋白小分子ehpg和hbed紫外差光譜的影響，結合脫鐵伴清蛋白與金屬離子、陰離子結合的光譜特性，推斷脫鐵伴清蛋白與金屬離子的結合導致金屬離子結合位點處酪氨酸酚羥基的去質子化，而與陰離子的結合導致陰離子結合位點處酪氨酸酚羥基的質子化。
