結果6例病人，男女各3例，年齡25 - 70歲； 4例病理檢查為動脈粥樣硬化性腹主動脈瘤，年齡均60歲以上， 2例動脈中層發育不良，年齡為25歲和32歲； 4例術前有小量多次上消化道「信號性出血」 ， 2例突發大出血，術前訴腰部背部疼痛4例； 5例為腎下型腹主動脈瘤， 1例為胸腹主動脈瘤；瘺口部位3例在十二指腸第三段， 2例空腸上段， 1例橫結腸； 4例手術， 2例行人造血管移植，均生存至今， 1例雙側腋股動脈旁路， 1例術中未找到出血部位，后2例術后死亡；另2例未來得及手術死亡。分享友人
