An excellent adhesive was prepared from bismaleimide ( bmi ), epoxy resin ( e - 51 and tde - 85 ), 4, 4 ' - diaminodiphenyl sulfone ( dds ) in this thesis. the influence of liquid rubber and polymer ether imide ( pei ) on the properties ( especially high - temperature strength and the peeling strength ) were discussed, their different toughening characteristics and mechanisms were discussed. last, the process and effection of heat - resisted structural adhesive were studied by adhesive experiment of synchronizer in automobile. the results of investigation made clear : the adhesive, has good properties, especially heat - resisted properity

    根據材料分子設計的原理,究了二苯甲烷雙馬來酰亞胺( bmi ) 4 , 4 』 ?二胺基二苯基碸( dds ) e ? 51 tde ? 85組成的環氧粘劑系,究該系在作為高溫結構粘劑使用時的粘接性能;然後究了用無規羧基液丁腈橡( ctbn ? x )和聚醚酰亞胺( pei )分別來增韌該系的增韌效果;最後通過碳纖維耐材料與同步圓錐環的粘接實驗,究了耐高溫結構粘劑的粘接工藝和使用效果。

In this paper, the microstructure changes of polypropylene induced by a complex combination of shearing, compression, stretching and friction actions during single pan - milling or co - milling with iron, uhmwpe and waste tire rubber chips ( wtr ) were studied and the stress induced effects were revealed. the structure and morphological development of iron particulates and wtr during pan - milling and co - milling with polypropylene were also characterized. the properties of pp / fe, pp / wtr and pp / wtr / fe composites prepared through pan - milling techniques were investigated

    本文利用盤型力化學反應對被碾材料施加強大的剪切、環向應力、擠壓、拉伸和摩擦作用,究聚丙烯碾和共碾粉碎過程微觀形態結構和性能的變化,以及聚合物在碾過程中呈現的力化學現象,並將其應用拓展至金屬、橡系,究碾粉碎在聚丙烯鐵超微粉的制備、高交聯密度彈性材料廢舊輪胎橡( wtr )的超微粉碎,以及pp fe , pp wtr材料的性能與碾作用的關系。

    究結果表明: bmi dds e ? 51 tde ? 85組成的粘劑系的室溫剪切強度為39 . 3mpa ,當改變環氧樹脂的含量時,剪切強度提高到53 . 5mpa ;用無規羧基液丁腈橡改性環氧樹脂粘劑時室溫剝離強度提高3 . 0倍;用聚醚酰亞胺改性環氧樹脂粘劑,室溫剪切強度最高可達45 . 2mpa ,剝離強度提高2 . 6倍,玻璃化轉變溫度tg = 195 . 54 ,比未增韌系提高10以上;碳纖維耐材料與同步圓錐環的粘接實驗結果表明,粘劑的使用工藝性能良好,滿足室溫剪切強度30mpa和180剪切強度12 . 5mpa的技術要求。
