    首先,構建了ecbp21表達載,誘導了重組蛋白的表達,並通過回收法獲得了大量純化重組ecbp21蛋白,制備了高效價、高特異性抗;隨后,利用ecbp21抗,結合免疫金電鏡定位技術進行了ecbp21亞細胞定位研究,結果顯示:在白芷愈傷組織細胞和序軸細胞中金顆粒主要分佈在細胞壁區域,而在細胞內未發現或僅有少量金顆粒分佈,表明ecbp21蛋白主要定位於細胞壁區域,這為細胞外cambp ( ecbp21 )的胞外存在提供了直接證據:進一步,利用ecbp21抗,通過免疫組織化分析研究了ecbp21組織特異性分佈狀況,結果表明ecbp21在白芷各組織中均有分佈,但在葉、序軸中分佈較多,而在葉柄、根中分佈較少。
