    本研究採用霍蘭德職業興趣測驗、職業價值觀問卷及自編的職業心理調查表對380名軍隊技術院校本科學員進行了問卷調查，對學員的第四軍醫大學碩士學位論文職業興趣和職業價值觀等特徵進行了分析，並對影響其選擇軍事技術職業的因素進行了探討，主要結論如下: （ 1 ）軍隊技術院校大學生的職業興趣傾向于研究型和社會型，大多數學員的職業興趣同相應的職業要求和環境是基本一致的，但仍有一些學員興趣特徵與軍事技術職業不符。
