    本文正是針對上述問題,對wcdma高速下行分組入技術中部分公平快速分組調度演算法進行創造性探索,主要內容為: 1 )對wcdma高速下行分組入技術進行了簡要的歸納、總結; 2 )對近年來的有關wcdma高速下行分組入中的分組調度演算法的研究狀況進行總結、分析,指出其優、缺; 3 )在timely等分組調度模型的基礎上,結合wcdma高速下行分組入技術的工作原理和過程,建立了wcdma高速下行分組入分組調度模型; 4 )分場景地提出了簡、有效、服務質量確保的部分公平快速分組調度演算法,並進行分析; 5 )在wcdma高速下行分組入分組調度模型的基礎上創建了快速分組調度模擬平臺,對我們的演算法進行模擬、分析、驗證; 6 )與其他典型的演算法進行模擬比較,分析各的特和性能;模擬結果表明,我們的部分公平快速分組調度演算法能夠達到各場景的設計要求和目標。
