本文從在pp mmt和pvc mmt納米復合材料制備過程中出現的兩個難題著手進行研究：一是由於pp的非極性，難以直接用有機蒙脫土（ ommt ）熔融插層法制備pp mmt納米復合材料；二是利用熔融插層法制備pvc mmt納米復合材料過程中， ommt導致的pvc熱降解問題。
