    針對目前國內外vts系統中暴露出的薄弱點,及應用實踐中表現出的不足本文對綜合信息處理與顯示系統做了進一步的研究和完善,取得了下的研究成果: 1 、電子海圖顯示系統中鷹眼圖的功能設置與實現; 2 、設計一種簡易的選圖演算法,通過該演算法實現可在海圖放大、縮小時的自動選圖; 3 、電子海圖自動錄取區的實現(二次自動錄取) ; 4 、實現對雷達和ais目標數據及其誤差的軟模擬; 5 、舶自動識別系統中動態信息與雷達動態信息的數據融合處理; 6 、利用數據融合技術解決雷達目標跟蹤方面的問題; 7 、海圖空間信息中顯示區域裁減演算法的設計,該模塊的實現大幅了海圖的顯示速
