According to the problems in current research, my works have four parts as following : 1. cds nanoparticles were synthesized by surface - modified with thiourea and stabilized by poly ( n - vinyl - 2 - pyrrolidone ) ( pvp ). the results showed that cds nanoparticles, which exhibited significantly quantum size effect and enhanced luminescence, were prepared through the surface modified with thiourea
鑒于目前使用苯硫酚修飾對cds納米粒子的熒光具有強烈的淬滅作用，而硫醇具有較強的毒性，本研究用硫脲作表面修飾劑，以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮（ pvp ）作穩定劑制備了粒徑分佈較均勻、性能穩定的cds納米粒子。
