    論文的研究思路是:通過對近幾年國內壽險營銷的考察,發現壽險公司在市場營銷理念、壽險產品的開發設計、壽險營銷「基本法」 ,壽險營銷人員素質、營銷渠道等方面在許多問題;從壽險營銷與公司企業形象、客戶滿意度和誠度、公司競爭力的關系出發,分析壽險營銷在的問題對壽險行業風險的加大、代理人隊伍的不穩定、產品與市場需求脫節、客戶與壽險公司的信息不暢等方面的影響;從壽險公司體制滯后、內部管理不規、外部營銷環境不成熟、產品及服務創新技術含量低等各方面分析壽險公司市場營銷問題在的原因;從樹立「 cs 」服務理念,實現「顧客滿意」 ,開發創新性、 「復合型」壽險產品,穩妥發展壽險產品「證券化」 ,適時完善營銷「基本法」 ,整頓營銷隊伍,提高壽險營銷人員整體素質,開發新型壽險銷渠道等多方面提出解決壽險營銷中在問題的相關對策。

    本論文根據作者的培訓實踐,並參考大量資料,通過觀察、訪問、具體案例分析等闡述了國有企業管理培訓自改革開放( 1979年)以後的發展狀況及新形勢,完成的主要研究工作有:首先,指出了國有企業管理培訓在的六大問題,一、國有企業經營管理者缺乏戰略眼光,過分追求短期利益,在管理培訓觀念上在許多誤區;二、管理培訓的制度、機制及發展戰略有待進一步完善和明確,培訓工作缺乏系統化和規化;三、教學內容陳舊,方式落後,風格單一,尤其缺少理論聯系實際能力,缺少操作的方法與技術;四、培訓效果反饋體系不健全,培訓支持系統不足,阻礙了培訓成果的轉化;五、受訓者個人接受培訓動力不足,培訓后誠性不足,缺乏將培訓所獲知識轉化于工作中的動力;六、政府培訓主管部門對構建管理人員培訓體系的作為不足,某些培訓政策及管理制約了企業管理培訓的發展。
