第二章利用有機改性的溶膠-凝膠包埋方式，以2 -羥基- 1 -萘甲醛- 8 -氨基喹啉為熒光指示探針，結合正交實驗方法探索了幾個重要因素，如加水量、醇硅比、催化劑、添加劑等對成膜性的影響，制備了對水中鉛離子有較好響應的傳感膜，其線性范圍為1 . 0 10 - 7 ~ 5 . 0 10 - 5mol / l ，檢測限為3 . 6 10 - 8mol / l 。
