文摘:目的合成一種前藥白藜蘆醇煙酸酯.方法在金屬鋰片和催化量的萘的存在下， 3 ， 5 -二甲氧基苯甲醛與對甲氧基苯甲醇的三甲基硅醚反應經過一系列轉變得到白藜蘆醇，白藜蘆醇與煙酰氯反應得到白藜蘆醇煙酸酯.結果設計併合成了白藜蘆醇煙酸酯.結論提供了一種合成白藜蘆醇及白藜蘆醇煙酸酯的方法，採用khso4脫水可選擇性的得到反式產物
