基於excel 、 matlab和chemcad軟體，對蒸餾過程中的簡單平衡蒸餾、精餾塔靈敏板位置確定方法、多組分精餾等進行了數值計算與定量研究，對原油煉制常減壓塔進行了初步的穩態模擬，實現了用excel求解雙組分理想體系的泡、露點問題和閃蒸計算的五種情況，並分析了減壓對其相平衡的影響。
