所以，本文根據《中國植物志》 3 （ 2 ）的系統（秦仁昌， 1978的系統並稍做改動） ，對蹄蓋蕨科的植物進行了孢粉學和分子系統學的研究，在此基礎上，結合前人的研究資料，對蹄蓋蕨科各屬的系統分類以及亞科的劃分進行了探討。
