本文以黃土高原水土保持重點區的佳蘆河、禿尾河、偏關河和湫水河等四條流域為代表，採用定量與定性、模型模擬與實測對比相結合的方法，系統分析了上世紀50 90年代時段內水土保持對河川徑流及土壤水文的影響，取得主要結果如下：採用秩相關和極差分割等定量評價方法，分析了四條支流徑流量變化趨勢、變化原因及發生明顯變化的臨界年份。
