根據已有的人bdnf結構基因的全長序列設計了一對引物，利用pcr技術分別從大涼疣螈（ tylototritontaliangensis ） 、紅原沙蜥（ phrynocephalushongyuanensis ） 、麗紋龍蜥（ japalurasplendida ）和翠青蛇（ cyclophiopsmajor ）的基因組dna中擴增到目的dna片段，並將其分別克隆到大腸桿菌載體中，然後對所獲得的陽性克隆進行測序。
