為了進一步了解甲氨蝶呤（ mtx ）的作用機制，探測其作用的遺傳毒性靶器官，為應用mtx治療過程中的臨床監測和副作用防治提供理論依據，我們以小鼠為研究對象，用單細胞凝膠電泳技術檢測了mtx腹腔注射染毒1h 、 3h 、 6h 、 12h 、 24h后對肝、脾、骨髓、胸腺、腎、睪丸、胃和外周血淋巴細胞的dna損傷作用及損傷程度與mtx劑量間的關系。
