以工業生產過程中廣泛存在的一類時變、非線性、大時延、廣義溫度被控對象為背景，設計了一套復雜溫度物理模擬系統及在線測控裝置；以時變為主要特徵，利用matlab工具軟體，建立了一個時變系統的被控對象模型；以該模型為被控對象，提出了一種誤差補償的動態矩陣控制（ dmc ）演算法。經模擬表明，該演算法優於一般的動態矩陣控制演算法。
