    本文根據現代學習理論，從e - learning的內涵出發，對e - learning的核心、特徵、教學原則、教學模式和教學設計進行了探討，具體分析了e - learning對高校教學改革的影響，提出了當前高校深化改革的主要目標是創建新型教學結構，而要實現這個教學改革目標就決然離不開信息技術與各學科課程的整合，並在此基礎之上闡明了研製開發cstb學習系統的目的、意義和內容，擬定了開發基於e - learning的單機版和網路版cstb學習系統的兩套課件的方案。
