浙江大學碩卜學位論文利用參與式農村評估方法研究農戶的玉米生產行為根據我們的研究結果，本文提出以下幾條政策建議，一是增加抗旱方面的研究投資已成為我國政府農業科研投資的最優先選擇，重視西南地區農民對高產群體改良品種（ opv ）的需求，增加對opv品種選育和推廣工作上的科研投資;二是加強適合婦女勞動力的技術研究;三是建議政府深化現行的技術推廣體制改革，增加農業技術推廣投資，加強農業技術推廣活動;四是建立一個由下到上的農業科技體制;五是深化玉米科技體制改革
