Fluorescence power transfer function, three - dimensional point spread function ( 3d - psf ) and three - dimensional optical transfer function ( sd - otf ) for the various fluorescent wavelength of the two kinds of fluorescence confocal scanning microscopy are calculated in this paper by using fourier imaging theory. the results show that the fluorescent wavelength has influence on imaging property of confocal microscopy such as spatial cut - off frequency, resolution and 3d - otf. there is a different missing - cone in the 3 - d space of otf when the ratio of excitation wavelength to fluorescent wavelength decreases

    本文在sheppard和gumin等人的理論基礎上,利用fourier光學成像理論,討論了不同熒光波長對單光子和雙光子共焦顯微鏡成像特性的影響,導出了單光子和雙光子共焦顯微鏡的熒光功率傳輸函、三維響應函和三維光學傳遞函,得到了它們在不同激發波長與熒光波長比值時具體的表達式,並且通過算,得到了它們的曲線圖,結果表明:隨著激發波長與熒光波長比值的增加,焦斑的橫向和縱向變窄,橫向解析度和縱向解析度提高,系統的成像效果變好,當激發波長與熒光波長的比值下降到一定程度時,可以看到不同程度的失錐現象。

    2 、針對算機控制光學表面成形( ccos )的加工方式、誤差收斂特點,研製了去除函呈高斯的雙轉子結構研拋模;採用迭代法、平滑因子傅立葉變換法推導出駐留時間的演算法,求解過程中根據工件面形的特點作了各種形式的簡化;提出了工件表面和研拋模的吻合誤差與局部壓強、材料去除率、收斂比之間內在關系的學模型,並推導出相應的算公式;析了邊緣效應產生的原因,在加工過程中採用相對壓力因子對去除函進行修正,可以消除邊緣效應的影響。

In this paper. flow properties of multistage fluidized - bed bioreactor with external circulation at a pilot scale is studied. according to characteristic analysis, the model of completely mixing reactor in series is introduced to characterize real reactor as a theoretical model. on the basis of analog computing analysis and discussion of theoretical model. by means of pulse tracer method, experiments on residence time distribution ( rtd ) have been done in different conditions including the change of tracer level, feeding flow rate and circulation flow rate. the result shows when the ratio of circulation flow rate and feeding flow rate amounts to at least 4, the flow properties of multistage fluidized - bed bioreactor with external circulation at a pilot scale is very close to the model of completely mixing reactor in series. an amendatory model has been established by the regression method

    作者首先在對反應器進行特徵析的基礎上,建立了描述中試規模多級外循環流化床生物反應器流動特性的串級全混流模型,並對理論模型進行了模擬析和討論,在此基礎上,作者別在無循環和有循環(改變示蹤劑用量、流加流量和循環流量)的條件下,利用示蹤法對一到五級串聯外循環流化床反應器進行了停留時間實驗,結果表明,在循環流量與流加流量的比值達到大於等於4時,中試規模多級外循環流化床反應器的流動特性接近串級全混流模型,通過據回歸擬合的方法,建立了中試規模一到五級串聯外循環流化床反應器的流動模型。
