本研究選擇40cr為背襯與聚四氟乙烯（ ptfe ）復合材料為潤滑劑，利用ansys有限元進行結構設計，制備出40cr - ptfe自潤滑軸承，希望能夠結合鋼的高強度與ptfe的低摩擦，實現重載長壽命的目標。
