第一百七十一條出售、購買偽造的貨幣或者明知是偽造的貨幣而運輸，數額較大的，處三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，並處二萬元以上二十萬元以下罰金；數額巨大的，處三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，並處五萬元以上五十萬元以下罰金；數額特別巨大的，處十年以上有期徒刑或者無期徒刑，並處五萬元以上五十萬元以下罰金或者沒收財產。Any employee of a bank or of any other banking institution who buys counterfeit currencies or, taking advantage of his position, exchanges such currencies for genuine ones shall be sentenced to fixed - term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than 10 years and shall also be fined not less than 20, 000 yuan but not more than 200, 000 yuan ; if the amount involved is huge, or if there are other serious circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed - term imprisonment of not less than 10 years or life imprisonment and shall also be fined not less than 20, 000 yuan but not more than 200, 000 yuan or be sentenced to confiscation of property ; if the circumstances are minor, he shall be sentenced to fixed - term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention and shall also, or shall only, be fined not less than 10, 000 yuan but not more than 100, 000 yuan
銀行或者其他金融機構的工作人員購買偽造的貨幣或者利用職務上的便利，以偽造的貨幣換取貨幣的，處三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，並處二萬元以上二十萬元以下罰金；數額巨大或者有其他嚴重情節的，處十年以上有期徒刑或者無期徒刑，並處二萬元以上二十萬元以下罰金或者沒收財產；情節較輕的，處三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，並處或者單處一萬元以上十萬元以下罰金。Whoever counterfeits currencies and also sells or transports counterfeit currencies shall be convicted and given a heavier punishment according to the provisions in article 170 of this law
