微量元素氨基酸螯合物是現今研究最廣泛的新型微量元素添加劑，其優秀的營養作用已為眾多的添加效果試驗所證實，但有關氨基酸螯合銅的研究報道較少，本課題以小鼠為動物模型，以賴氨酸整合銅和蛋氨酸螯合銅為代表進行了以下3部分試驗，研究飼糧銅源和銅水平對小鼠銅營養狀況及免疫功能的影響。Three experiments were conducted to study the effect of copper source and supplemental level in diet on the copper nutrition and immune function of mice. trial 1, effect of supplemental copper of different type on nutrition and specific immunity of mice - i at the base of copper exhaustion for 20 days, 84 male km mice were fed with the following feeds supplemented with different form and level copper : cu - lys4. 5mg / kg ( counted with copper, the following was same ), cu - lys 45mg / kg, cu - met 4. 5mg / kg, cu - met 45mg / kg, cuso4 4. 5mg / kg, cuso4 45mg / kg, adding a copper deficiency diet, there were 7 treatments totally, three repeats in each treatments. those mice were fed in plastic cages, each repeat was fed respectively
試驗一，不同形式銅對小鼠營養與特異性免疫功能的作用-昆明普通級雄性小鼠84隻，飼以低銅基礎飼糧20天後，分別添加以下銅源和銅濃度的飼糧：賴氨酸銅4 . 5mg kg （以銅計，以下同） 、賴氨酸銅45mg kg 、蛋氨酸銅4 . 5mg kg 、蛋氨酸銅45mg kg 、硫酸銅4 . 5mg kg 、硫酸銅45mg kg ，另設1個缺銅對照組，共計7個處理組，每處理3重復，用塑料籠飼養小鼠，每個處理的小鼠同籠飼養。
