    本論文根據目前國內外現狀和發展水平，針對自動聚焦和端面跳動測量的關鍵點和難點，在普通光學儀器的基礎上提出了一種基於ccd圖像處理技術的圖像式自動聚焦及其測量系統，該系統具有速度快、精度高、動態范圍大、體積小等優點，實現了快速、精確、大范圍的自動聚焦和對工件端面跳動進行非接觸、在線測量的要求。
