通過對模型的分析和實驗驗證，提出了提高密煉機混煉效果的新途徑： （ 1 ）密煉機溫度控制採用溫水冷卻，使密煉機處于最佳工作狀態； （ 2 ）通過合理選擇密煉室和轉子表面材料以改變材料表面能來增大膠料與它們之間的摩擦力； （ 3 ）在上頂栓壓力較大的條件下，在密煉室內壁與轉子軸線同方向加工淺的光滑槽可明顯改善混煉效果。
