為了防範毒品無止境的泛濫，桃園女子監獄勒戒看守所希望藉著反毒教育來讓學員對毒品有正確的認識，進一步了解毒品的可怕，而遠離毒品，因此監所長官希望清海無上師禪定學會能夠在此方面提供協助，為學員們講解相關資訊另一方面，學會為了響應法務部鼓勵各界參與監所教化的政策，乃分別於9月26日及10月17日前往桃園女子監獄，為受刑人舉行心靈成長團體輔導活動，並同時在勒戒看守所舉辦兩場講座，由目前在醫學院執教之專業同修講解藥物毒品的認識及濫用藥物所造成的身心殘害及其預防之道。
