This paper discusses the design and implementation of remote management software based on telnet protocol of network access server. the software realize whole telnet protocol, establish and maintain a group of communication access, so that remote manager or maintenance man can manage and configure the nas. besides, improve on fsm - conventional method realizing network protocol - is presented
