    本文以某工程研製項目機(目標真值測量設備伺服系統研究和實現為依託,著眼機(測量設備伺服系統所必須面對與陸基設備相比特殊問題(即環境條件更為惡劣、體積和功耗矛盾及體擾動帶來精度降低等) ,提出傳統控制方法難以使系統達到高穩定精度和跟蹤精度,因此,通過查閱大量國內外文獻及總結了國內外光電穩定與跟蹤系統設計方案基礎上,提出了用於機(伺服系統控制方法,從理論上進行了分析和研究,並將之應用到具體研究與實現中。
