沿襲這一邏輯思路，本文基本結構分為為五章:第一章主要介紹銀行業市場結構及其劃分;第二章對國內外銀行業市場結構的狀況進行分析;接下來第三章則是用制度經濟學的一般理論來分析寡頭壟斷結構下的融資制度，由融資制度非均衡提出我國銀行業市場結構需調整變遷;第四章分析我國銀行業市場結構形成的歷史及行業原因;最後，在第五章中，筆者提出相應的調整目標及建議。
