    本文以單細胞的真核模式生物裂殖酵母（ schizosaccharomycespombe ）為研究材料，通過激光掃描共聚焦顯微鏡觀察酵母細胞胞質內游離ca ~ （ 2 + ）的分佈及相對濃度，以及不同周期時相細胞中gfp - cam的熒光強度變化，並採用細胞流式法對酵母細胞的相對dna含量進行測定以確定細胞所處周期時相。
