    坩堝移動式噴射沉積技術作為一種先進的制備新技術,在制備大尺寸方面具有顯著的優越性。然而噴射沉積坯件特別是大型坯件通常存在一定量的孔隙,顆粒表面存在一定量的氧化膜,顆粒之間未能完全達到良好的冶狀態,因此需要進行后續緻密化和塑性變形才能獲得理想的組織和性能。本文採用一種新型的楔形壓制工藝,即通過局部變形、多道次小變形累積實現大變形的緻密化加工方法,對噴射沉積多孔坯進行后續緻密化和塑性變形,很好地解決了傳統加工工藝的難題,大大降低了生產成本。
