摘要針對保護出口處發生金屬性或小電阻短路故障時，暫態電流保護完全失去選擇性的嚴重缺陷，利用時域分析方法，進行了詳細的故障暫態分析和模擬研究。( 3 ) there are many flaws in direct laser metal sintering, such as the high remnants stress, micro - hole and micro - crack in sintering parts. in order to solving those problems, the programming of scanning paths is put forward, and several parts are prepared with different scanning paths respectively. the following conclusion is educed : the parts produced with short - side scanning path and same scanning direction have the minimum structure, the rigidity of parts prepared by short - side and same direction scanning path is highest, and the density of parts produced with the vertical scanning path is maximal
（ 3 ）針對採用大功率激光直接燒結鎳基高溫合金成形金屬零件存在的問題，如較大的殘余應力，製件中存在著微裂紋、微孔洞等缺陷，初步提出掃描路徑的規劃，並採用幾種不同的掃描方式進行燒結試驗，發現採用短邊掃描路徑和同向掃描能夠獲得更加細小和分佈均勻的組織結構，採用短邊同向路徑制備的試樣其顯微硬度最高，而採用變向掃描（垂直）路徑制備的試樣緻密性最好。
