針對光譜、鐵譜、常規理化、顆粒計數四種分析手段，建立了基於模糊判斷規則的時序模型，並建立了輪機油液監控專家診斷系統所需的模糊分類器模型；採用模糊分析的數學方法，建立了綜合分析評判模型，並對各分析手段在潤滑油評定和評判設備狀態時的合理性進行闡述，為輪機油液監控智能診斷專家系統提供了一種通過特徵參數分析與處理，建立的規則信息提取方法和模型。
