    通過上述研究工作,得到了如下具有創新性研究成果: ( 1 )首次在國內提出和運用軟溶液制備工藝技術進行無機功能薄膜材料的制備研究;首次在國內採用室溫恆電流電學技術直接在金屬基底(片和鎢四川大學博士學位論文片)制備了白鎢礦結構的鋁酸鹽、鎢酸鹽薄膜;首次在國內採用水熱合成技術在欽金屬片上直接沛叮備了欽礦結構的欽酸鹽薄膜。

    用植酸選擇性平板培養基從土樣中篩選出了102株能產透明圈的菌株,經分離純后,接入液體發酵培養基, 28 、 220r min發酵5天,在37 、 ph2 . 5條件下用釩酸銨法測定其所產植酸酶的活力,結果顯示,酶活較高的有24株,經再次搖瓶復篩后,酶活大於15u ml且產酶性能穩定的共有7株,其中以14 ~ #菌株的酶活最高,可達53 . 86u ml ,經初步鑒定為黑麴黴,編號為aspergillus . niger14 ~ # 。

    主要結果如下: 1植酸酶高產菌株的篩選利用植酸選擇性子板培養基從土樣中篩選出102株酸性植酸酶產生菌,從中挑選出透明圈較大的菌株32株,經分離純後分別進行搖瓶復篩, 28 、 220r / min發酵5天後,在37 、 ph2 . 5或ph5 . 5條件下用釩酸銨法檢測其酶活,結果發現有3株菌產酶活性較高且產酶性能較為穩定。
