    基於磁流體所具有的特殊性質，將磁流體添加到伺服閥力矩馬達的工作間隙中，一方面磁流體被磁化后可增大銜鐵的阻尼力，減少振動;另一方面由於力矩馬達氣隙中磁導率的提高，使氣隙中的磁通量增大，力矩馬達的磁路效率和輸出扭矩將增大，因此可以提高力矩馬達的固有頻率和伺服閥的響應速度。
