在本論文工作中，自行設計與製造了制備碳化秸稈的真空碳化爐及粉碎球磨設備，用此設備把粉碎的秸稈先在真空碳化爐中進行碳化，碳化的秸稈粉再經過球磨設備球磨成細粉，用此細粉做成木質陶瓷靶和復合靶材在圓柱鋰鐵氧體表面鍍覆符合要求的表面金屬-碳系復合波導膜，並制備了木質陶瓷塗層導電膜。
