本課題選用可生物降解材料聚乙丙交酯（ pgla ）為原料，它兼具兩種聚合成分的優點，可以通過調節兩者聚合的配比來調節它的降解周期，使與神經再生的周期相吻合。導管的製作是在16錠編織機上採用2700tex紗線進行帶芯編織，芯子為直徑2 . 2mm的不銹鋼絲。共製作四種結構神經導管，分別為普通結構神經導管、編織線結構神經導管、加筋結構神經導管和加芯結構神經導管。
